Welcome to Bem Logic ("we," "our," "us," or "Bem Logic Studios"). We develop, publish, and operate innovative video games, interactive software applications, and related digital services (collectively, our "Services").

This Privacy Policy governs your use of our titles (including Project ChronoShift, CyberSiege: Vanguard, Soulbound: Origins, and upcoming releases) across all platforms including Valve Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, mobile platforms (iOS / Android), and our official domain bemlogic.com.

Depending on how you interact with our games and online infrastructure, we collect the following categories of data:

• Platform Identifiers & Account Data: Steam ID (64-bit), Epic Games Account ID, PlayStation Network Online ID, Xbox Gamertag, or Game Center / Google Play Games identifiers. We never receive or store your third-party account passwords.
• Game Telemetry & Performance Metrics: Hardware configurations (CPU, GPU model, VRAM, RAM capacity, resolution, operating system), frame rates (FPS), crash dumps, error stack traces, network latency (ping), and matchmaking connection parameters.
• Gameplay & Progression Analytics: In-game achievements, unlocked gear, session durations, quest progression, level completion metrics, and player choice logs used strictly for game balance and bug patching.
• Anti-Cheat & Fair Play Telemetry: In multiplayer competitive environments, our automated security modules verify game executable integrity, memory space validity, and running processes to detect cheating software, memory hooks, and tampering.
• Communications & Support Inquiries: Messages, email addresses, and crash attachments submitted directly to our support desk or beta playtest programs.
• Financial Data Disclaimer: All real-money transactions (such as game purchases or DLCs) are processed exclusively by authorized digital storefronts (Valve Corporation, Epic Games Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Apple Inc., Google LLC). Bem Logic does not access or store your credit card or banking details.

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK Law No. 6698), we process your data under the following legitimate grounds:

Protecting the privacy of young players is of paramount importance to Bem Logic.

Our core titles are designed in accordance with age rating guidelines established by the ESRB, PEGI, and USK. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable European legislation) without verifiable parental consent.

If we discover that personal data of a minor has been collected without parental authorization, we take immediate action to purge such records from our databases. Parents or guardians may contact privacy@bemlogic.com to review or request data deletion.

• Access Controls: Strict role-based least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication (MFA) required for internal development infrastructure.
• Data Minimization: Telemetry streams are pseudonymized and stripped of unnecessary identifiers before being processed in analytical aggregates.

• Right to Access & Portability: Request a digital copy of all telemetry and profile data linked to your platform identifier.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
