End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and Bem Logic Studios. The software product (including the executable files, shaders, audiovisual media, animations, code libraries, and patches) is licensed, not sold to you.

Your license grants you the right to download, install, and execute one copy of the game software per authorized digital store account (e.g. Steam, Epic Games Store, Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox) for personal, non-commercial use.

To preserve fair competition and tournament-grade multiplayer balance, Bem Logic titles integrate anti-cheat and security technologies (such as proprietary client integrity verification and partner anti-cheat drivers).

By launching the game, you consent to these security systems scanning game-related process memory and loaded dynamic link libraries (DLLs) strictly during gameplay to detect unauthorized injection, code alteration, or automation tools.

Bem Logic enthusiastically supports creative community modding for designated single-player and custom server modes, subject to our Modding Guidelines:

• Mods must be free of charge and non-commercial.
• Mods must not contain malicious code, spyware, or copyright-infringing third-party IP.
• Mods cannot be used in official competitive ranked matchmaking modes.
